We’re going to be in the UK from the 11th to the 16th of November 2019 to find the right people to join us and work in beautiful Aotearoa.

At Summerset we do it at all. We operate under a unique end-to-end business model. We source, design, tender, build and operate our village’s right across New Zealand.

Summerset is one of New Zealand’s fastest growing companies and the third largest retirement village operator in the country. At Summerset, our in housedesign and construction teams are responsible for providing our residents and staff with homes and workplaces that they can be proud of. Our design team must navigate many different typologies and site specific influences producing stand-alone homes, multi storey apartments, hospital level care centres, dementia specific design and shared facilities such as theatres, gyms, cinema’s, hairdressers, chapels and cafes.

WSP Opus Projects

Each year WSP Opus completes hundreds of projects, including Transport, Water, Property & Buildings, Power and Environment. We have several exciting projects currently underway.

We are the design partner on the C7 workstream of the City Rail Link, the largest infrastructure project ever to be undertaken in New Zealand. We are also delivering the structural and geotechnical design for 65 Federal Street, a building that will redefine Auckland’s skyline. We are leading partners for the 2020 Peacockes Strategic Wastewater Package, connecting the developing Hamilton suburb to existing wastewater systems.
