Madison was formed in 1998 with the intention of creating a warmer, more human and individual approach to personnel recruitment. This has resulted in a track record of client retention second to none and a fantastic reputation amongst candidates. We are proud to have been voted New Zealand’s favourite large recruitment agency in the 2007 SEEK Annual Recruitment Awards.
Our six brands cover specialties such as sales & marketing, finance & accounting, technical & operations, administration and support, call centre, IT, executive, banking, travel & tourism, FMCG and human resources.
