As the largest New Zealand-owned recruitment company we have been expanding at a rate of knots. We now have six branches nationwide, offshore activity and more growth on the horizon. Madison was formed in 1998 with the intention of creating a warmer, more human and individual approach to personnel recruitment. This has resulted in a track record of client retention second to none and a fantastic reputation amongst candidates. We are proud to have been voted New Zealand’s favourite large recruitment agency in the 2007 SEEK Annual Recruitment Awards.

Our six brands cover specialties such as sales & marketing, finance & accounting, technical & operations, administration and support, call centre, IT, executive, banking, travel & tourism, FMCG and human resources. At Madison we have a great team who are passionate about their work and are incredibly successful, but at the same time remain approachable and enjoy what they do. Our head office is in Auckland with six branches in Auckland City, Auckland Southeast, Hamilton, Palmerston North, Wellington and Christchurch.
